We have always did full service property managment at Walker Bagwell Properties but mainly for our clients who have puchased homes or condos.  Jim & Ada have branched out to offer more properties and manage all properties available.

Some of the properties available at the present time are as follows;

A very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath on the ocean that is fully furnished in a gated community.  The community features pool, tennis courts and all amenities.  This unit is available for a 3 month minimum or long term.  Long term rate is $1650, seasonal rate is $2500 Jan thru April for a 3 month minimum.  This unit is on the 2nd floor.

Another fully furnished 1st floor unit that will become available Dec/12.  This unit is in a complex that offers heated pool during the winter months with tennis courts and the beach access is right outside your back door.  Long term rates is $2000 monthly and seasonal rate is $2700.

A 1st floor unit in Cape Canaveral that is fully furnished, short walk to the beach and pool is featured, gated complex.  This unit is offered long term at $600 monthly.

We are finishing the kitchen on another Cape Canaveral condo.  This unit is unfurnished and offered at $550 long term.
